I think that's pretty obvious. It sounds like people know who the couple are (based on the description provided) so it was clearly effective. Perhaps those people who know them could let them know about the OP
I think the enforecement would be interesting. Perhaps they'll look at having dogs chipped so all 'off-lead-in wrong-place-dogs' can be scanned and a fine sent to the registered owners. Rather efficient, but also extremely extreme and I think they would do better to stop uncontrolled dog ownership/ dog fighting/ cruelty to animals etc.

parakeets may migrate here but they are actually resident all yer - particularly in Brockwell Park. Is there a migration policy for birds? I would rather feed the blackbirds, robins and squirrels who live in our tree rather than the chancers who flock when food is put out.
it can be way of identifying people and there is nothing in this post that is doing anything apart from that. The whole tone is about protecting people and trying to avoid anyone else having to experience assault. Stop being so PC Ollie Loudon - it's not that deep.

I've seen one property in Nunhead for ?3,000,000 which just looks like the seller has had very bad advice from the agents in terms of expected sale price. Perhaps they have said that Nunhead is the 'other' Dulwich Village.
