Yes, the avacado is a gentrification too far. Egg and bacon is good, just change the name. On the sauce debate I'm HP brown, and no brown substitutes can match it.

  4. Not too much possession and meaningless passing it about for no reason then. Good.
  5. I'm here. Down but not out. It was a very sandy pitch. Not used to that.... or playing against military policemen. Shock on the Rock....
  6. Eh. What about 4th August.... :(

  8. Only last week he said he wanted a place on the "Brexit Government"....

  11. I have signed - It shows 694 of 10000 I reckon you will need 17.4m signatories for this to be taken seriously. Either that or the Leave campaign to officially announce that it misled voters and itself to ask for a revote.
  12. The petition is for: Let Parliament decide whether or not we remain a member of the European Union That's very different from the title of this thread. "Next steps" will of course be debated before Article 50 is triggered - that goes without saying. I'll sign it - but we are wasting our time I would have thought. But let's see.

  15. Henpecked I tell you. I WOULDN'T TAKE IT.

And its a real possibility now - the Tories with Cameron and Osborne had at least stability and as evidenced by the last General Election. respect. Any new Tory leader will have to fight this massive loss of respect amongst floating voters. My guess is that the next Govt will be Labour, even if it's Corbyn, which would be a complete disaster for a country already reeling from an exodus of international investment and talent, post Brexit. How did we (the country/electorate) f*ck this up.

He's henpecked I tell you. The email says: "One simple message: You MUST have SPECIFIC from Boris OTHERWISE you cannot guarantee your support. The details can be worked out later on, but without that you have no leverage. "Crucially, the membership will not have the necessary reassurance to back Boris, neither will Dacre/Murdoch, who instinctively dislike Boris but trust your ability enough to support a Boris Gove ticket. Do not concede any ground. Be your stubborn best. GOOD LUCK."
  18. Well he is favourite....
  19. True. But not Sam. England don't want to score goals from throw-ins, they're too posh.
  20. Not our electoral system surely...! Labours choices I would say. Surely Kinnock, Smith and Blair showed how to get into a position where you can act. If you mean our basis of government then ok. But major issues have majority votes, so Labour have a say - its just that they are perhaps out of touch with what is needed for the majority rather than the minority to prosper.
  21. Crabb can't win. He went to state school...
  22. Nothing wrong with England flags during football tournaments. Rest of the time it might mean something else and seems a bit unnecessary/in your face.

  24. I'm a fan of Hoddle the manager. its hard to put his very weird views to one side, but I'd have him before many of the other candidates. Jurgen the German seems to be favourite now anyway.
