  1. A Newsnight subject tonight. But isn't this what Christians think anyway, so what's new.
  2. I had to laugh - 60 mins of boring match and Hodgson and Neville, both put their hands over their mouths when speaking to each other. 1) no-one can hear 2) no-one wants to hear 3) no-one cares 4) it's a friendly 5) dumb and dumber

  4. It's half term - people get sick at half term.
  5. The OP didn't actually ask for a recommendation - it was more like, this one seems to be closed, do you know one that is open across two postcodes? I agree with Dog duck - pointless.

  7. True. And I like the sound of Sir Knobby Stiles too. I didn't see the England game last night but twitter said Tom Rogic (Celtic) had a good game in the Aussie midfield. Well done to Rashford again - it's going to be hard not to take him.
  8. You take the risk that the availability remains I guess
  9. I cant understand that sentence. Can you write it again.

  11. Your mate says "one for the road"
  12. You open the dishwasher, and it's empty
  13. The wife says, oh alright then, if you must (play golf I mean)
  14. 3. you would be foolish not to check or at least check the tenancy agreement for this type of clause - but if you are 100% that no damage will be incurred to the wall by the fixings etc I'm sure that would be fine - landlords expect that tenants will want to hang pictures I'd be interested in the answers to 2 - we also have a large bare wall at home and are looking for ideas

The d?cor dates from the 1970s, and he > doesn't take on any extra staff, Same as the Plough butcher (no name) - old fashioned butcher and the best meat I think, but also at a fair price. Very underrated.
  16. Private Banking customers can get exclusive deals. You qualify automatically when you move over the road.

Im in suspense....immensely what :) Edited to add a smiley in case you called me a cunt again.
  19. "The fans at Man United demand entertaining football and I'm sure Mourinho will come and try and give it," said former midfielder Scholes.

  21. Joey Barton will be 34 in September. I had no idea. Not too old obviously but given that I though Scott Brown was getting old (he turns out to be about to turn only 31) Barton is defo getting on a bit. Roy Keane bossed the Rangers midfield at age 34, but Joey's no Roy Keane (red cards part)
  22. Or a Southampton feeder club.
  23. Agreed RD - Ronny Deila at Celtic, was quoted as saying "I said yes to every signing" - that's a far cry from being in any way in control of signings. Rodgers has already said Lawell and Desmond have supported him on transfer policy - I'm guessing he feels slightly stung by the Liverpool experience and it was an important part of the Celtic discussions that he will have some autonomy. I hope so anyway - there wont be a lot of money, so he needs to spend it wisely. Having said that if I was the Liverpool money man I'd want to have control over where my huge amount of money was going.

Not sure he was in agreement with it as a working form of democracy. He was very funny when admitting to having added sugar to his spag bol for years - she was genuinely annoyed and he seemed a bit taken aback and wished he hadn't said it.
  25. "So obviously, being Joseph Anthony (Barton) and having gone to Catholic schools, I didn't really have a choice when it came to it. So I looked out for one of the teams when the Old Firm was on. I've said on Twitter, amongst other things, 'I'm a Celtic fan'.
