Much better show this week. last chap v good, Ricky from Hollyoaks I believe, bird from Primeval good too, and I thought Natalie Cassidy put on a good show. I love it. I have to say I don't watch that much telly but this is something that I watch with a smile on my face all the way through - unless I'm cringing.

If they are big hairy ones I put them outside as Mr Asset doesn't like them. I've got a few little ones I keep in the sitting room to catch the fruit flies.

Bottled water is the bane of the planet man. Nowt wrong with the stuff from the taps. At least we are lucky enough to have a water supply. Where my mum lives in the Borders there is no water supply and her water is run-off from the hills into a tank and thence to the hoose. Yon hills are covered in sheep dontcha know. She recently had her water tested by the environmental health people and it failed on the presence of Ecoli bacteria, and that's with a filtration system. Yum!

Speech DaBelle's album is just about to slip out of the top 100 after rising to the dizzy heights of #65 in the wake of her Mercury prize......

They are all pretty dreadful so far. The only one with any promise is the woman from the Bill. If next weeks batch doesn't pull a few decent dancers out of the bag it's going to be a painful 14 weeks. Aleysha doesn't convince me at all.

Ha Ha Hona, my thoughts too.. Lindylou, paranoia or what? On the junction, I think it is better as it seems more intuitive for Townley to be the main road and Calton to be the joining traffic, however cars turning right into Calton from Townley now cut the corner really badly and go into Calton on the wrong side of the road as the angle is pretty tight - not impossible to negotiate just requires thought. I'm all for more crossings which there are now an abundance of there!

I don't really think that prospective burglars are going to turn up in a van, wearing reflective jackets and drawing a lot of attention to themselves! Why on earth would they take pictures? Unless you're living in a mansion with a sophisticated alarm system that needs getting past. Bit of paranoia here I would say. As someone pointed out, pictures are taken of rubbish left out in case any prosecution is required for dumping. Perhaps that is the case here, council departments not talking to each other - wouldn't be unheard of.
