Well you could just choose not to have a bank account. Oh no wait that would mean you couldn?t earn a salary, pay any of your bills, buy anything from a large number of retailers, have insurance, drive a vehicle, have a house or indeed formally exist. Any company that promotes a profit over integrity ethos serves no good to society. Likewise individuals who buy into that kind of ethos (often so gleefully) are exposing an antisocial personality flaw and are of no good to any of us. Throw them all into the North sea is what I say. Why society and the law tolerate businesses where it is ?ok? or even expected to be dishonest I have no idea.

I think (as is evident on other threads) that weekend nights down the strip are pretty shit at moment in most people?s opinions.

Although the rainbow drinks thing is exclusively ED forum people. As ED is now a destination in the evening for people from other areas of SE London a gay bar may draw people from surrounding areas. I?m assuming that if you go south from ED there isn?t much in the way of gay bars until you hit Brighton. So perhaps, if you build it they will come.

Something else that has changed is that overnight last night a phone box has appeared by the Lloyds money machine across from the Plough. I has only been there since last night and already it is all beat up, covered in graffiti and has an empty can of Scrumpy Jacks in it. Now if that aint edgy.

It gets my thumbs up. Comfortable little place run by friendly people and I can?t fault the food.
