There is a part of me that craves space and long, dry endless openness. I think one day it will win over the part of me that craves entertainment, socialising and diversity. When that day comes it will probably mean going back to Africa. If indeed there is still a place for me there. But for now I?m happy where my home is which is East Dulwich. This office in Westminster is a different story though.

Whether or not a term is offensive has precious little to do with the person using. It has to do with whether or not the person/people being referred to take offence to it. So if grandma used the word and it was never meant as derogatory that doesn?t mean someone should suddenly stop being offended by it. Although I must say I am strictly against some sort of leftwing-Nazi thought police telling people what they should and shouldn?t? say. It is just polite for people to take cognisance of whether or not other groups of people take offence to being called something or not. What?s the stance on Fuel Cell bikes? There have been various ones available for the last 3 years. There just aren?t any hydrogen filling points but apparently London is getting some next year.
