  1. And the poor buggers who own the garages get to suffer.
  2. Assuming that the people who organised this are intelligent enough to put their shoes on the right feet in less than 2 goes, which admittedly is a big ask for people, they probably know very well that the corner garage isn?t the heart and soul of BP?s evil empire. It is however the most publicly visible and therefore the best PR (if you can call what Greenpeace do PR) opportunity.
  3. This is just the way it is? The amount of times in history that phase has been ejaculted out to justify all sorts foulness. It is a mindset that allows the type of injustice that permeates society to continue. Injustice perpetrated by the type of filth that should be given no quarter and treated as criminals yet are somehow allowed to continue living, seemingly free of culpability.
  4. You may not be able to get your head around it but that doesn?t mean that other people don?t dress entirely for their own pleasure rather than what it says others. The way I dress is all for me. I would be lying if I said it wasn?t influenced by my past, my peer group, the media etc but I certainly don?t give a second thought to what it makes others think of me (except admittedly at work when it?s all part of the game). As an aside and not directed at you Declan, the amount of times over my life that I?ve hear scorn for people who dress differently just makes me want to scream in frustration. The qualification always being that the person is seeking attention or some other shit like that. And always coming from some narrow minded conformist who just doesn?t fuking get it.
  5. Well my name ends in "a" and I'm not a girl.
  6. Flip-soap Duplicate ? Light-year Cavalier and the Three Pints of Sugar Band.
  7. I wonder - AbbA
  8. But they sell diesel at BP garages don't they?
  9. The council have a 24hr line to report flytipping. (020 7525 2000). They will come and clean it up if you call them.
  10. How often do you return a bottle of water and a newspaper? The guys at the coffee stand don't give out receipts. They don?t do it in pubs either. Or in the mini cab office in the arches on Coldharbour Lane.
  11. Religion, politics and tits 'ey...
  12. Well we should all have something against jubblies once in a while.
  13. Well if you deconstruct the issue there are a number of things to consider. The specific dress code of the workplace and what is normally acceptable for both sexes in that field. This can differ widely obviously. Then there are the feminist issues for women and the rights not to be stigmatised for their femininity. This in turn leads to the eternal question for men of whether one can appreciate the female form without dehumanising the individual and all the further questions that brings up. Or this chap just has something against jubblies.
  14. A synergetic approach capitalises on the strategic norkage connection whilst maintaining the distinct and separate commercial identity of the tweezing business.
  15. It should deliver best value.
  16. That's some blue sky thinking innit.
  17. Next meeting I have I?m going to unbutton the top three buttons of my shirt as an experiment to see if it gives me a psychological advantage over whomsoever of the other meetingeees choose to stare. I got a chest hair a few months back so I?m pretty confident I can pull it off.
  18. Reel Thing - Cypress Hill & Pearl Jam (Celtic mix)
  19. Personally I don?t understand why they insist on wearing tops at all.
  20. Yeah, fine, Scotland, Australia, Penge anywhere annoying.
  21. Feck! Arse!
  22. I knew it all along.
  23. I?m not talking Chinese style 1 child policies or anything of the sort. More like tighter restrictions on immigration from places like Ireland and South Africa.
  24. To be honest with you I don?t think the reliance on benefits and subsidised housing can be moved away from in less than a generation. Because of the situation being what it is now you need it but in the long term you?d have to build proper housing and enough of it and curb population growth. Then scale back the welfare system proportionally removing the tax burden on employers in conjunction with imposing equitable pay regulations on them.
