Hi Emma and Lucinda,


It was lovely meeting you both as well as little Bea and Lilly. They're so cute!!!


I had a really nice time and although my baby boy I felt really at ease.

Thanks for all your advice for the birth and for sharing your experiences. I felt much more relieved after hearing all that. I didn't realise I was a bit scared! :-$


But hopefully, everything will be ok and I will meet him soon!


Let's defenitely meet up next week! It's good for the babies - although very little, they start to socialise!

Yes it was really nice to meet you both yesterday, it's always nice to compare experiences etc. and great for the babies to get to know other little ones :O)


It would be lovely to meet up again next week, maybe Thurs again or anyone else suggest good times...

Congrats to everyone whose baby has arrived and apologies for the delayed update. It was great to meet quite a few of you back at the end of October at Le Chandelier. I hope you are all doing well. Between working full time, taking care of my 16 month old, building work (and having to move out unexpectedly), the holidays and a few bouts of the flu (one of which landed me in kings for a few days) the time has just flown by. I am now booked in for a c-section at King's on Thursday and am frantically trying to get things organised now that we are back in the house (fingers crossed she does not arrive early). Would love to meet up again when we are ?on the other side?! Good luck to everyone over the coming weeks. C x

Congratulations on all the new arrivals, I hope they are all doing well:O)

Are we still on for a meet up this week, I know Friday was mentioned?

Also, agree if there is a few of us then it might be nice to set a regular day/time, makes it easier when planning other stuff.

Congratulations on the new babies!!!


I'm free on Friday as well. If you want to go anywhere in East/West Dulwich or Dulwich Village, like Cafe Rouge, just give a shout. I guess the Green and Blue is good because it has lots of space.


Anyway, I better get back to work but I can do Friday.

Congrats on Zoe and Rudy - can't wait to meet them!


Sounds like we're still on for Friday, perhaps 3 o'clock? I'm happy to make that the regular meet if everyone else is? Also easy for the venue - we could stick with Green and Blue this week then discuss?

Hi everyone,


Ive never been to your group but i live in east dulwich and ive just had a baby girl and would love to meet other mums in the area. Not totally sure what youre group is, im just looking for a coffee and a chat with poeple who are going through similar experiences. If newcomers are welcome please let me know as id love to pop in and say hi.

I did try and read your thread but its quite long so i thought it just easier to ask!

congratulations to Emma on the safe arrival of baby Rudy (fab name).

Good luck to C for tomorrow- looking forward to hearing your good news.


Mel, it would be lovely if you could come along. We are a very informal group of local mums and mums to be (both first time and second timers) who try to meet up every now and then for coffee, cake and a chat. We usaually meet at Green and Blue on Lordship Lane as they have the sofa area at the back. The next meet is planned for Friday at 3. I hope to come along with Isobel.

Congratulations on the new arrivals!!!!


I will also be able to go on Fri at 3pm. Last time we went to the back of the bar! It was a bit dark but it's cosy!


I can't wait for my baby to come as well!!!! Just 5 weeks to go!!!

Hi all


My little one arrived on 6 January - hence the no-show on the 8th! We have named her Chloe. We hope to make it along tomorrow at 3 to see everyone too. Hope all are well...Looking forward to meeting the little people!

I wish I could go tomorrow but I can't. I'm looking forward to meeting you both next time. Hopefully my little one won't arrive by then - we need to keep in the oven until next month! :)

      I had to renew my licence - took photocopy of my current licence and also my renewal application and posted everything off. Within 10 days received my new licence. My old licence was due to run out in January so I submitted the renewal early December.

      I cannot remember who ran/organised the original ED LETS. They had meetings at the ED Community Centre every so often. I think there were about 20 - 25 people involved.

      That looks consistent with what I saw when I checked a few weeks ago, after someone raised a fresh thread asking about the progress.  I was about to post here asking if anyone could help with what seemed a bit of  a  mystery.  The planning register didn't show the application as decided.  I couldn't find any minutes of the committee meeting that James reported on last year, or any mention in any other minutes of the application.  The meeting was itself  flagged in the meetings schedule as MOVED (presumably to another date).   Incidentally, I remember one of the atttached planning documents being a report on the financial prospects then pertaining.  As far as I understood and remember it seemed to show the construction for sale of the buildings a ? poor prospect for the investment.  I'm no expert though.

      Hi sue  so this year I think I fed them a tomato food but only probably three to four times in the summer  don't over water them  I put mine outdoors in about march depending on the weather as long as there's not going to be any frost and bring them back indoors September october-ish or when I think the frost is coming
