In the real world my name is...........

Recommended Posts

Hello east Dulwich, following my previous thread about the meaning of forum members user names I thought I might venture further out to the deep end and ask who some of you guys are. I appreciate that a lot of us including myself enjoy anonymity but I can't help wonder how many times I've passed someone I spoke to on this forum on the street or in the shops. Basically I enjoy putting a face to a name be it made up or not and finding out a little bit more about the people I'm talking/writing to. Call me nosey or wierd but are any of the braver amongst us on Facebook. Also whats the average age group on this forum, we ran a little experiment on the Sydenham town forum expecting most forum users to be retirement age but to our surprise the majority were between their early twenties to middle age. I'm 24.

You have nothing to fear BBW. If you want to know everyone for real go to the monthly drinks. That way you'll not only recognise people, but also be able to assail them!

I'm Nick and 38, but sadly MM is right - despite it's friendliness the forum is on public view, and not everyone wishes us well. :(

Incidentally I'm an ED exile. I was soundly thrashed and put on a slow boat to Singapore.

AI suggests: Upcycling old cheque books can involve repurposing the paper from old checks into creative items like notebooks, journals, art pieces, gift tags, bookmarks, decorative paper, or even small boxes, by cutting, decorating, and assembling the paper to create new functional or decorative objects, while ensuring any personal banking information is properly obscured or removed. And there is vid too
