How dare you speak to Annaj in that sluggish, Primark tone Daizie!!!

*Bob*, in my opinion was (and hopefylly still is) incredibly funny. He never swore or got involved with the kind of smutty carry on's I instigate.

I like many others on this forum, would sit in front of my computer and literally piss myself laughing at *Bob*'s posts and replies.

I sorely, sorely miss his presence on this forum.

Oh, now, I promised myself I wouldn't do any more correcting, but did you really mean "literally" there, BBW?

I mean did you really, actually, physically used to wee when you read *Bob*'s posts? Really?*

I just can't stand misuse of the word literally. In fact where's that tiny things that cause irrational rage thread gone...

As for daizie's comment, well, she's not wrong. I am really, really bored.

*Of course, the answer to that could be yes. In which case, I'm terribly sorry both for the correction and the insensitivity, but there are exercises you can do you know.

    • Yes, if you think they have been complicit in this. When you say you "had to" accept the lower price from your buyer, was that because of the timing of your purchase?
    • Thanks. I know that's the most obvious solution, but there are other factors, as mentioned above. Also, whilst I was relieved to discover from a post above  that Zipcar has no upper age limit, my  daughter has pointed out that modern cars (mine is a 1998 Micra) have features (like no obvious  handbrakes, apparently)  which would be fine if I was buying a new car and could get used to them, but less fine if I am using a hired car occasionally and don't know where anything is or how to use it! This would probably be no problem  if I was younger, but I am now  nearer eighty than seventy, and apart from dwindling brain cells, I am prone to anxiety, which not being able to locate or use the handbrake on a hill would not help 🤣 For various reasons I have decided to keep the car. I will just have to make fairly frequent long trips to keep the battery charged.
    • My partner and I found a bike trailer today in the street in East Dulwich. We have it safe. If yours is missing, please get in touch with the description of the trailer (make, model, colour etc) and of any items lost with it. My number is 07849312318
