Played with much harder balls that did not swerve all over the place, as well.

Georgie was my boyhood hero and still is. Every boy at school, including Citeh fans, wanted to be him. I agree with Jah, no comparison.

The week he died I attended a match at QPR with some friends. During the minutes applause a spontaneous chant of 'Georgie, Georgie' went up. He had no connection with QPR, but this showed how much he was universally loved and admired by the footballing public...
