Somewhere in this thread it says there's another William Rose. What's needed is a competitive butcher to them somewhere around the Lane. If it already exists then a) tell me and b) they need to market themselves better (and I know about Libretto's btw)

Sparkes Northcross road on Friday and Saturday.

Sunday there is a very inconvenient butcher at the Peckham Pulse Farmers market who supplies slow grown meats and is worth popping down to, if you have a Sunday swim at the pulse.

Mr. Sparkes told me today they are deffo looking for ED premises and preferably not too close to WR. He also said it was very difficult to find someone good to train as a butcher. He said it takes about 5 years to become qualified.
