Being black is not offensive, being described as black is not offensive.

This guy may be harmless and then again he may not be, what is harmful is his manner. Doublebacking and running up behind a lone woman in a relatively quiet street is enough to scare anyone. The fear of crime often affects more people than the crimes themselves. TT absolutely

The Black Bra I had lunch with 2 of my unmarried friends. One is engaged, one is a mistress, and of course I have been married for 20+ years. The park wardens apparently were down to 2 officers for the borough in December, but they are restructuring at the moment so that's a jolly good excuse! *Police - Mmm Having meetings and reportedly not treating kids with kid gloves ;-) But, the most important thing to be announced was that one of our very own members has received an MBE in the New Years Honours list :))
