Harsh IMO. I think Louisa's view of class is somewhatmixed up, but she is also one of the most successfull "trolls" on here (and she'll admit to doing some of it to get a rise), and never ever fails to get a rise out of people that should know better. In the past she's overstepped the mark, and Asset for one had good cause to be upset, but that is best left in the past by me. I have said countless times that I think class is an outdated concept. Louisa reminds me of John Prescott (bless him), in that he refuses to let go of a very traditional working / middle / upper class model, and it just DOES NOT fit in to modern society. I, unlike most on here I think, often nod my head a bit when reading Louisa's posts, as if you take the serious stuff out, she makes some fair points, or at least things worthy of discussion. I do think that Louisa would be better off making the serious points she wants to make in a more serious manner, otherwise she just comes across as "boy who cried wolf", but there you go. Same thing has been said recently about Dulwichmum, I chose not to get involved with that conversation, but it is an interesting point, that may be worthy of it's own thread.
