  1. Sadly the Dark room was somewhat stillborn the moment a picture of a fucking cat was posted. Fickr does photoey stuff, sensible to leave it there, though like any niche interest thread (yes even footie is a niche interest) it serves a purpose as a place to discuss...err...a niche interest. I'm with Sean on the Music room, I always listen to other postings when possible and have even bought albums on the strength of something I've heard there.
  2. Parents..teachers and now you Bon3yard :-(
  3. *places dunce cap on head...stands in corner* Doh!!
  4. I know where you're coming from, but Angela's post was deeply patronising, and smacked of a certain, how shall we say, immaturity, you can hardly blame mum's for getting riled? She could have just said "whoops, that came out a bit wrong" but went on the attack instead, which did come across as a tad trollsome. Though frankly the whole exchange was hilarious. I was asking a genuine question earlier mind, I really would like to know where Angela's chosen...any word yet Angela?
  5. There was a holocaust deniers thread?!?
  6. Song Game, Word Association, Badminton Anyone. The Quiet Room has died something of a death has it not? In main area, Magnolia, Heber school, Housing market threads ad nauseum (unless latin has been banned on the forum).

  12. Well quite Jah, Jordan is a symbol of our troubled times and a role model for how a savvy, entrepreneurial business woman can live the American dream....in Herne Bay or whatever
  13. Totally agree quids. Have said from the start it's Chelsea's season, and relegation fight is absolutely staggering, which at least shows that outside the top four (go on villa, please make football interesting) it's jolly competitive. I'm inclined to agree we'll be pottering around just outside the relegation zone for most of the season, but I think ultimately we'll be ok. And absolutely Boneyard. I've always said I love Engerlund because it teaches all the fans of the top clubs what it's like to support a team where a win is more than simply an expectation.
  14. Oooh, good choice, nice bridges there
  15. Are you suggesting it's not the most important story of our times Jah? Perhaps Wossy should emply Harry Redknapp, seems to do the trick for most situations (as long as you're not Southampton)
  16. "thank god, i'm not gonna move to ed" Aw shucks, so which bit of singleton London fitted the Angela bill then? Just out of curiosity like? Clapham? Crouch End? Hoxton?
