  4. I think part of the problem - apart from some people's pure selfishness - is that there are no sanctions if you don't wear a mask. Virtually nobody gets fined, and others are scared to say anything for fear of the kind of reaction NewWave got. It's very depressing.

Rumour had it that he left after his version of an incident did not match what was on CCTV. And the pub was already Antic.
  7. This is more encouraging news (though again, the research hasn't yet been peer reviewed:) https://www.theguardian.com/world/2021/may/18/96-of-britons-develop-antibodies-after-one-covid-jab-study-finds?CMP=Share_AndroidApp_Other After two jabs, people on immune suppressing medication seem to be as well protected as others.

Do you know if there was a second part to the film showing them being put together in the park?
  12. I stand corrected 😂

That's good to know, because as far as I can see I have neither spawn nor tadpoles. Though mine was frogspawn. Two lots just seemed to disappear, and I don't think it was eaten by predators as I thought I had protected the sink pretty carefully.
  18. The trouble with traps and poison is that unless you block all the entry points, more mice will just keep coming in.
  19. I just looked up and saw a mouse in the middle of the floor just staring at me 😮 I have no idea where it has come from, but hopefully not come from your place KK!!! ETA: And it had better go away again PDQ!!!
  20. Please don't use glue traps 😢 You need to find and block all their entry points if possible. It might be worth gritting your teeth and employing a pest control expert? I'm sure I've seen some recommended on here for mice in the past. Also, be scrupulous about not leaving any food or crumbs about, and put things in mouse proof containers. Or get another cat (sorry to hear yours are no more). Or train your dog to be a mouser 🤣
  21. "Satanic Freemasons control this world". 😂😂😂 I didn't get this leaflet, but I wish I had. I'm going to download it, print it, and put it on my fridge 😂

I didn't go into the main part of the shop except to go to and from Argos and then to go out.
  23. Hooray! They have parked! Thanks everybody. ETA: All completed now, thank goodness!
