  1. Hi Dani, Sorry to hear about your accident, unfortunately i can't help. Maybe a little more information might be helpful to other though, bike/motorbike etc? Hope your recovering fast! P/

Yes it is a 4/10 you appear be referring to. Which happened to be my first shotgun when i was 12yrs old. Most farmers do not walk around with a 22 or worse still a 177 air rifle. to shoot rabbit or pigeon. They use a 12Guage (not even a 4/10) I can only conclude that you are either a child/ have a criminal record or are mentally unstable. And this is the real reason you are unable to hold a firearms license! You do not go hunting with air rifles, that is simply bizarre. Just out of curiosity, where do you actually go to shoot in the UK? Farmers where i come from would laugh at you

Air rifles are for kids and i'm not trying to be funny, they are useless.
  6. Don't worry, i've been here a wee while longer than you. Do i detect a calmer Scribbles?
  7. Lolz and more lolz. You really are a numpty Mr Scribbles
  8. Well... it wouldn't hurt to have a look now would it? Cycle to work might help, and all the money you would be saving on travel of course. Might be a shrewd investment!
  9. I'd be temped to go geared for that sort of commute if I were you? You're knees will love you for it ;-) Sound like a great ride into work though, i'm very jealous!
  10. "I'm simply challenging those, yourself included, to provide me with a shread of evidence that what I claim is untrue. But so far, all any of you have done is evade my requests to substantiate your claims" Why? I'm not THAT BOTHERED by the whole issue quite frankly. But, if it amuses you, do remind me exactly what I said that implied your claim was untrue? "The images you're posting betray a weak mind, unable to connect what the image conveys to what you're attempting to deride. In short, they're fairly weak and only achieve a generic relation at best." Lolz, keep em coming.
  11. Whatever... :D You're also clearly deranged, i'm finding your posts quite laughable. I'm surprised someone as smart as you allows themselves to get so worked up by some unknown internet posters?? why do they wind you up so much? You really do need to relax. Or perhaps you are seeking some sort of approval from us?? Anyhows, i'm enjoying finding silly pictures of other people who also like playing with crossbows. But more especially your little outburst crack me up :)-D
  12. Not many hunters in ED, but there are plenty in prison though maybe you could be their penpal? http://www.cbsnews.com/i/tim/2010/12/22/image7171203x_370x278.jpg

  14. Hey Polly, Sorry to hear about your loss. Can you give us more details on how the bike was secured so we can take appropriate measures. Ie what kind of lock secured to what etc. This really would be helpful. Thanks P/

What is your problem? yes, i have dyslexia. It does take me some time to construct a post I don't think it warrants rude replies like that. Pi** off

So, what fuss and police intrusion do you speak of. Fairly straight forward procedure to go through. Also, how would you know if you don't have a license? Just asking.

  21. You're right, there is too much moaning here...and in ED generally. We all need to be more gay.
  22. ^hehehehe
  23. Scribe, I 'hunt' or should i say used to hunt as there's not much call for it in ED! I grew up on a farm in Perthshire Scotland. Had a my own shotgun at 12yrs old and so on Huntin' shottin' fishin'n all. It is the way of the land as they say. I enjoyed that upbringing very much and still believe in hunting as a means to control game etc. I also enjoy the 'sport' and enjoy the end product too. What i don't get about you. Is this bow'n'arrow fettish, if i may call it that. As you rightly say, it's illegal in the uk. If you enjoy 'hunting' so much, why don't you just use a gun rather than the bow? Would mean you could enjoy your sort more frequently?? Surely the hunt is that... it is the chase so the end result is the same. Why prolong the death by using a bow?
  24. Apologies.
