  4. Thanks AqM.. I'm afraid there has not been too much buzzing under Holloway but the spirit and the belief has returned with Harris in charge.. I get the impression your team may well be Everton. ??? With the Tim Cahill / Millwall connection that would seem a good choice. Foxy

Well you can generally go to the loo without disturbing in a Pub or Restaurant. Not so in a cinema. When I go to Football the 4-5 guys that sit along from me each get up at least once during the match. That would be a real pain in a cinema. For me and the people behind. ..and you ALWAYS get some John who's seen the film before and cannot resist giving a running commentary. People eating sweets.. Rustling Popcorn.. coughing Fa**ing. Such fun ?? :) And you have to pay.. Foxy

  8. I have noticed a greater number of people running across the road and cars pulling out of side streets since the 20 MPH limit was introduced. Also personally witnessed several 3 to 4 car rear end shunts. On main roads cars traveling at slower speed, lower gear, higher revs. More pollution. Cars are not designed to be driven at 20 MPH for longer distances. Dulwich to Surrey Quays 4.5miles trying to keep under 20 MPH DulwichFox

  11. I'm assuming there is no sound... If it was a fuse/trip in the consumer unit all sockets on that ring would be dead. If it was switched to analogue you might expect a 'Fuzzy' screen and a 'low signal' message DulwichFox

  14. Best to remove the Hard Drive and destroy.. Dismantling a Hard Drive can be Hazardous. Careful with the magnets, they are very strong and will probably pinch your fingers if they get between them. The disks themselves are VERY tough. but can be drilled in several places to destroy them. There will generally be up to 4 platters. Here is a step-by-step guide. http://www.mytechbrief.com/tutorials/how-dismantle-and-if-needed-destroy-hard-drive Stay safe. DulwichFox

  19. Hi Loz.. Had a bit of a Google and seems loads of people with same problem .. Seems no one able to find where to buy ?? Best solution seemed to be a socket set. Depends how deep your meter is. You could try Bells on Lordship Lane. They may be able to order one if you know the size. DulwichFox

  23. Pugwash Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > The cross bar and rear seats are common sight in > Holland where I lived for a few months, with > adults carrying 2 children Cycling in Holland is a lot safer with purpose built Cycle lanes and a history of using bicycles. Cycling here in the UK is different with inexperienced riders buying bicycles with no road experience perhaps not even having been a car driver with road awareness and knowledge of road signs. 24. Well I recently saw some 'idiot' with a child at the rear of their bicycle and a second seated on what appeared to be another seat on the cross-bar. I simple could not believe it. Bicycles are dangerous enough without endangering the lives of your kids. DulwichFox
