Obviously, as quite a talented multi-instrument musician as myself these comments are just beyond my capacity of understanding :p I've always been surrounded with VERY talented youngsters when growing up so don't quite "get" the excitment with of Shaheen. Good luck to all though!
Any particular reason for that unnecessary throwing toy out of buggy lou? I quite agree with Sue. There are already many different kinds of news/forum type thingys that represent the Dulwich area. The SE22 magazine can often be a little outdated by the time it is received through the letter box and the EDF is a little too into the future at the times for gossip. Perhaps an in between? With so many ways of distributing local information and in different forms one would have to be careful what is real and what is a little distorted.
oh come on 3/4 lengths at least are much better than ankle swingers (for those who don't understand that concept - ill-fitting trousers that ride above the ankle displaying sock, skin, hair and shoe). That is just WRONG!
I dont get what all the fuss is about... she has a voice... some people consider her to not "have the look" What about those unfortunates out there that have the looks but not the voice and are openly humiliated on such shows? Does it not work both ways too? Both produce ratings even if those who are curious to see what all the fuss is about add to the ratings too. Ok I'm talking rubbish now so I'll shurrup :-|
oooo I had one of those... no wait my brother did... it was a hand me down *sighs* I've already spotted sunburn, peeling and ridiculous white marks (from the sunburn) on many pub frequentuers and it's only April ::o deary me!
Seems a bit of a waste to declare such a thing so early in the year. I appreciate the excitement with the slight breeze or nip in the air but really... NOT YET!
The other night I witnessed a rather drunken chap trying to break into the station... it was certainly locked up good and proper - the building that is!
Tis not quite the "southbank" (over side of bridge and all that and not the same complex) I deviate away from this thread. Am I considered hard core if I say me m8 got arrested for setting a bin on fire whilst under the influence of slightly illegal substances when he were a teen? ;-)
