Last night - Shugborough Hash. I can minced beef, one can tinned peas - heat together in a saucepan, add dried potato powder until very stiff. Sounds disgusting but is a comfort meal from childhood outward bound weekends. Tonight I will be mostly roasting a chicken.

Bloody hell Anna - how long do you work for? I saw you on the train yesterday morning at 7.50ish! Ask for a pay rise. I try and cook a big meal over the weekend and then freeze portions for later mid-week eating. I had home made shepherds-pie (organic shepherds from Borough Market) and a banana.

Has ED been gentrified? The definition being that an area on its arse has gone up in the world, Hoxton for instance.
