It?s only ok really when expecting heavy deliveries/builders (ie. not Ocado). The norm seems to be if we see bins out like that, it?s for this purpose, so we respect their need and look elsewhere. Constantly hogging the same space is out of order, move the bins to pavement. BTW - do you ever need the space yourself ?

I suppose if you keep your eyes and ears constantly looking for offence, you will find it anywhere. FFS - Give white supremacists primacy over our language, why don?t you.
