If you can see and hear the other participants then I think you have actually joined the zoom meeting. When I first started using Zoom I had problems with not being able to communicate with the other participants, one of the reasons (I had a few teething problems) was that my audio was muted and my video/camera was muted. The way to address that is in the bottom left hand corner of the screen, where I had to move the cursor down to that area and make the two icons visible for me to then click on and UNmute. This seemed to fully enable me for the Zoom meetings.

New proposal to build 17.5 mt 5G tower in Chadwick Road

The people who mock the fact that we are being taken-over by an alien lizard race which controls Covid19, 5G, and other things (like the tides and fossils) need to take a serious reality check. -
Missus got this too, beware this season !

I think perhaps the bus stop by Great Exhibition.

So is the thread now a competition for who has THE solution, or is it about recognising the codswallop closures and issues they?re causing ? If EDF posters were the source of best solutions for traffic issues the council could have skipped their own thinking / planning and come straight to us !

Anyone got a kiln they may have space in when firing from time to time ? I think usually my pieces are firing (glaze) around 1040C. If you?ve space pls PM and let me know terms/frequency.

Yeah something about the Great Exhibition beer seems to make drinkers forget to bin their empty plastic beakers - instead it makes them leave the plastic cups on the pavement where they were sat, on house front walls where they stood, or on car roofs and bonnets. Loads of them. Plenty public bins and house bins around. No excuse !

Yeah I saw the same last week down the market. I was amazed! Lockdown by name only I would suggest! Let?s see how the numbers look towards the end of December into mid Jan.

I think that's unfair and inaccurate. It appears everyone is pro reducing cars and pollution. The way it is currently being imposed was disingenuous and is causing problems now, traffic congestion now, pollution now, apart from a couple of cherry-picked streets. So some people are suggesting undo the recent changes and approach the problem properly, inclusively and genuinely. Unless I missed something obvious which you're able to point-out, this doesn't sound like people pretending to want progress but actually fighting it. Big difference, no ? eastdulwichhenry Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Bicknell Wrote: > -------------------------------------------------- > ----- > > eastdulwichhenry Wrote: > > > -------------------------------------------------- > > > ----- > > > > > I have a fear that the pro-car lobby are > going > > to > > > win out when the trial comes to an end, as > they > > > did in Camberwell Grove, but let's wait and > > see. > > > I'm enjoying it while it lasts. > > > > Really sad that people still frame the argument > > like this. I was a bit gutted to have missed that one. 600 ? There's an Islamic Centre on Northcross Rd, perhaps the mosque would supersede that.

Houses aren?t built with sloping floors, it?s just a general expected feature that we have level floors (or as near as). If you have decided not to live with the sloping floor and want to correct it then fix it. Empty room, remove carpet/underlay, carefully remove floorboards and have a look. Use a level, laser level, hosepipe-level (transparent) to identify true and mark on wall every couple of feet. Now either cut wooden lengths to nail onto joists to bring them to same level, or follow other approach you have decided on. sarah-marie Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Thanks very much.. Unfortunately, the nature of windows being that they?re actually transparent, licking windows at home in private still will expose unsuspecting neighbouring onlookers. Perhaps revert to licking mirrors ?

There needs to be a mechanism in place to prevent this behaviour going forward. I understand Steve Mnuchin (Fed Treadury ?) has limited/ended various welfare funding to the most needy and the Dems can?t do anything about it until Jan2021.. Using the American PEOPLE as the battleground for Trump?s tantrums. Insanity.

Pretty mental what?s going on. The guy is actually asking Michigan Republicans to ignore the vote count and declare him the winner. They have issued a statement confirming they will follow normal process and work to defend against corruption. Good for them, but what a position to be put in by the POTUS. Shameful.

Yeah back-off on the spamming BS, Aaron is one of our local heroes and nothing bad will be said about him so wind that in already. He?s doing his thing and for good reasons he?s well-loved locally. -
? If you would be happy for a man you didn't know, with no children of his own present, to be apparently taking secret photos of your children in a playground, KK, fine. Each to their own.? You can extrapolate what you want Sue, just be clear that?s your opinion. I said that as far as I know taking pics in public places is legal (meaning you can?t do sweet FA about it). If I want to say something I?ll say it, you don?t need to extend my logic for me, thank you all the same !
-
Springtime-corporations don?t think joined up enough to consider children?s diet. However your assertion is perfectly reasonable a lot of individuals and organisations pay little or no tax yet benefit from use of infrastructure provided in this Country.
-
?And if they hadn't done, and then something untoward happened, how do you think they would feel? ? It?s up to individuals how they react to things they have or have not done, Sue. I can?t represent reactions for individuals, especially people I don?t know, their reactions are up to them. A person could only feel bad about not posting on the Internet, but not about failing to call the police ? Well, thank God we invented the Internet! I guess this means that before the Internet people would just ignore the behaviour. ?Do you honestly think it would be better to have used up scarce police resources by dialling 999 on the basis of an uncomfortable feeling?? If I didn?t, I wouldn?t have suggested (above) calling the police would I? And I certainly wouldn?t put concerns over calling the police before the welfare of children. ? Or to "confront" the man in question themselves? What would they say? I don't feel comfortable with you watching the children for so long when you don't seem to be with any of them? ? What they would say is up to them, I am nobody?s script writer. Perhaps they would need to say something along the lines of what their actual concerns are and why they have those concerns, otherwise approaching them would be kind of pointless, wouldn?t it ? As you have emphasised yourself before Sue, people put opinions on the forum because, err, it?s a forum...! And your anecdote - I thought taking pictures in public is legal wherever you point your camera (apart from upskirt, obvs)...

Uncleglen - how come you didn't slag-off the rich white football players buying expensive homes at ?2m EACH, not 'five for ?1.5m' ?! You'll not have the spine to answer this, so let's just leave the question hanging there... diable rouge Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > That Phil Foden article was used by Raheem > Sterling to highlight how differently the Mail > portrayed him and Foden both buying their Mum an > expensive house.
