  2. As a banker for Daizie I'll go with 665 the neighbour of the BEAST. I mean come on, someone had to do it. If it hadn't been done earlier. I'm only 'office' funny after all.
  3. Rock 'n' Roll Queen - Mott The Hoople
  4. 'Fast Car' is a work of beauty, I can't hear it without being engaged with it and involving myself with every line. Her voice is perfect. The guitar couldn't be better. It's a perfect song.
  5. Actually, tomorrow I will take a closer look at the thread. Perhaps even read most of it. Honest, I well might. More than likely. Honest.

I suspected you all along JR. I haven't even looked back in a Peter Tosh style, to see what if any f*ckery a'went and t'ing. An' of course t'ing. But the best of luck to you in your future endeavours JR. Tinkertey-tonk.
  7. Ain't ate there yet, just had some cold drinks, not the best draught lagers ever. Could've been colder. Still. But anyhoo I wouldn't or of course couldn't pass comment on the baked vermin.
  8. No he didn't Waynetta. But Michael Portillo holds a controlling interest in a firm that supplies 'Portaloos'.
  9. Chanson De Spliff - Little Bob Story
  10. Cheers WMTD. I'm tucked away in the corner of of the sofa or setee, it all depends, hugging my knees to my chest. I'm all over excited up about Friday nite. See if I'm not.
  11. And in your reply I want an up to date picture of Ian Hunter. It may mollify me to an extent.
  12. OIH, WMTD STOP COCKING ABOUT! Where's my 71 going in all of this?
  13. I eat my peas with honey I've done it all my life It makes the peas taste funny But it keeps them on my knife Spike Milligna (the well known typing error)

What was it you were out of DJKQ? #Out of my braaaain on the five fifteen# by The Who? #I'm all out of love, I can't live without you, believe me something something something so looooong# by an American group whose name escapes me? If it was neither of the above then you probably could've done without. Or opened a tin. or gone into the garden and foraged. Or made do. OXO cubes aren't everything you know DJKQ.
  18. I've spent forty quid in there so far on some interesting DVDs/BlueRays even though I don't have a BR player yet, I know I will soon enough. I think there's some good stuff if you take a look. Three for a tenner, the WalMart doc, Mayor Of Sunset Strip and One For The Road, unlikely I'd have found them elsewhere or even if I'd remembered I was interested in them from reading reviews when they were released. I'll continue to get in there until they close to see what other bargains I might pick up, but will of course avoid the '5 for ?10.00' section/wall as it seems like Sid The Sexist type soft porn. The staff all seem nice as well.
  19. Up The Clump - Adge Cutler & The Wurzels
  20. It's Grim Up North - The KLF
  21. Wild In The Country - Bow Wow Wow
  22. Wild Horses - The Rolling Stones
  23. King Horse - Elvis Costello
  24. 80s pop group Johnny Hates Jazz didn't in fact hate Jazz at all. Between them they had the entire Miles Davis back catalogue. And one of them was the son of record mogul Mickie Most.
  25. Between them the 80s pop group Darts couldn't sling an arrer to save their lives.
