I definitely wouldnt lie as when they do the reference checking they will check with your HR dept which will verify things such as length of service, salary etc.. You could always make your recruiter aware that you are interviewing with another job that is offering X (this is where you can bend the truth) to use that as leverage if they like you to bump up the salary.. That is what I did with the current role I am with and got more than what I was on previously and what they were advertising the job for. I definitely agree with whomever said about terming your salary package wise i.e. to bump it up a bit. Good luck with your interviews, I hope you get them!

ha ha bbw at the time it felt like I was in a world of hurt..

New years day 2007, woke up at 6am after only being in bed for a couple of hours and rode the porcelin bus for 14 hours to the point where I slept in between on the cold bathroom tiles and was crying like a newborn.. absolute worst ever..

budda jazz right next to the pub its amazing!! went there again last night, great food, not expensive, well and truly a hidden gem!!

We will definitely be at the next drinks and would definitely be up for some bbq pork buns beforehand at BJ!

I live just off Barry road so use it daily.. I dont feel unsafe or in particular any less safe than two murders ago. I agree the cars sometimes drive too fast but then the karma police come along and stick a 12 in front of them and the whole road slows down which is good for us pedestrians.. Only thing that has changed for me since the two murders is now when I go to my local shops I spare a thought for those two dead people.. Would I feel completely safe walking around at night? probably not but I wouldnt feel completely safe anywhere in London at night on my own..

Staying in is the new going out so I guess peeps are at home more and hence logging on more..

Fake people (and I dont mean plastic), people who pretend to be your friend but when it comes down to it arent really, people who send you messages regarding things that have nothing to do with them People with luggage who do the commute and seem to be unaware of how their suitcase impacts people around them people who get to the ticket barriers and havent bothered to get their ticket out then holding everyone up - this one really irritates me drivers who do not stop at pedestrian crossing and almost run you over people who are late.. people in carriages on trains that require every single morning to be told to move down so other people can get on the train and then they either filthy look you or looked so f*cking shocked when there is masses of space behind them and they are actually being asked to consider other people!! People who on trains sit only by the ailse which in principle is absolutely fine but if I say excuse me and ask to sit in the free seat next to you atleast GET UP so I can get in rather than moving your legs all of 5cms which makes me have to push past you and generally not have anything to hang on whilst I am doing it and become a little wobbly and then have the nerve to huff about it.. Music being played aloud on any kind of public transport People who seem intent on boarding a train or bus whilst a stream of people are tyring to get off it!!

well that answers my question i guess
