This is the first time this has happened. I arrive at work this morning and I find a note from one of the skid steer driver saying "I'm being bullied, please help me". I have an idea as to who the culprit but I was wondering if any of you had experience of dealing with this sort of thing as on a building site it's a bit of a grey area with the 'hit em back harder mentality. Your advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I haven't got all the facts moos but in todays construction and heavy engineering, especially demo is the enviromental impact and what we can do to reduce it. It's also alot safer than using explosives or using large machines.

Saw this last night and it was rubbish.

Right ladies and gentleman today I've seen something awesome! Our head engineer has just returned from Tokyo and was lucky enough to be exposed to a stunning new method of demolition. It's called the Kajima technique and utilises hydraulic jacks to lower the building and is proven to allow the materials to be recycled up to 99 percent instead of landfill.
