Life would be so much less stressful if we didn't have such strict firearms laws in this country.

Took the missus there a few years back (she's Colombian) and she was not impressed with the food as she would know good Latin American cooking better than most. I always thought the food they served was O.K but seeing as I didn't get any action that night it looks as though I was wrong.

Post Office delivery problems again?
bigbadwolf replied to char1ie's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
The post office are bloody useless and run by crooks who seem to find it perfectly normal for customers parcels to be stolen. I'm sorry but sending money through the post is a stupid thing to do as I've found at my own cost. No wonder the subjects of improvement in Joskos adverts are posties. Don't use Initial City link either as they're useless. SUE ME!!!! -
I just nick mine from the local park, saves a lot of bother.

Noisy helicopters during the night!
bigbadwolf replied to Lizziedjango's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Helicopters are noisy, would you prefer them to politely turn their engines off whilst flying over east Dulwich! I think they're awesome and when one hovers over my building it reinforces the dream that I may one day unexpectedly meet Bruce Willis. -
Right, it seems my off the cuff remark about travelers has caused a bit of ill feeling in east Dulwich. One thing I wont back down on is that I simply don't trust them and and probably never will. I work in the construction industry and have come into contact on several occasions and every encounter has resulted in disaster. I do not however wish racially motivated violence upon them or any member of their community, this opinion of my character was was caused by a frankly stupid comment I made about delivering an explosive device to a traveler camp. This is the last I'm going to say on the subject but I will always observe the traveling community with negative suspicion based on the way they have treated me in the past, end of.

I don't trust the Royal mail or the post office. This thread would tie in nicely with 'thieves in east Dulwich', I'd sooner take a valuable package to the local Gypsy camp than leave it in the care of the post office!

A police car had a head on collision with another vehicle, policeman had to be cut out of the car by the fire brigade.

I agree with HonaloochieB. It was alot funnier when it only came out once every 5 to 6 weeks if I'm right about their frequency but in any case every copy has that one gem that cripples you with a comedy induced stroke now and again such as the latest Profannisaurus.

My favorites are: Biffa Bacon Black bag the border bin liner Raffles the gentleman thug Eight Ace Tasha slappa Rat boy Jack Black and his dog silve Cockney wanker Profannisaurus

I've been reading the Viz for god knows how long now and I wondering if any of you guys read it and if so which is your favorite character/section.

Dear Hoipolloi, what you're or have suffered is known as a 'Tarantino hangover' where by the unknown events of the night before will present themselves in a random order but will none the less lead to a critically embaressing ending.

I agree, there's nothing worse than treading on a hound cable. Should rub the owners face in it.

I find that when I'm trying to run away from something/someone in a dream I usually run in slow motion but they run at normal speed and when they catch me I usually wake very suddenly.

I've got the week off and I've just finished a spliff. I'll probably just laze around scratching myself all day. Have a good day at work everyone.

Give them the power to treat Pikey chavs or anyone else who hassles or assaults law abiding citizens in the same way they deal with terror suspects. Stiffer penalties for drink driving as well as driving without a license or insurance. You get caught with an illegal firearm then you get five+ years, no less. Give them the power they need, untie their hands from behind their backs, cut down on their paperwork that will free them from their desks and get them out onto the workplace they want to be and are paid to be, THE STREET!!! I'm not interested in turning the country into a Police state or condone the sort of behaviour you see on programmes like the Shield but make some changes soon else we might as well just give up. I appreciate that some people will disagree and that's fine, you're entitled to your opinion but so am I. I strongly disagree with arming them as well, just give them better training and make the guidelines black and white for when those responsible for Met armed response need to use deadly force.

I personally think road safety these days should be shaken up and pedestrians should take far more responsibility. I'm going to try my hardest not to turn this into a rant but apologise in advance if some think it is. I hold both a car and Motorbike license, a don't like driving a car and only do so very rarely (about once or twice a month) and ride my bike to work. Is road safety still taught in schools today or is it now the parents responsibility (that's a genuine question). I ask this because increasingly people all over the capital but especially in central London seem so unaware of the car/weapon and just step out into the road without a moments thought to check the road for oncoming vehicles. This may sound bizzare but I personally blame the ipod for this recent surge in lack of care. People are sucked into their own little world by the tune they're listening to and in doing so loose all awareness of the danger they are stepping into. Every time I shout and scream at them to watch where they're going they don't acknowledge me until they see my mouth moving in their direction and surprise surprise, they have to take off their ipod or whatever digital attachment is distracting them to realise how close I came to sending them to hospital or worse. When crossing the road I always look left and right and if I'm at a junction look left, right and BEHIND me. These fools are nearly always British adults.

Albino squirrel spoted in St Francis Park!
bigbadwolf replied to franster's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I can explain. Me and the lads had a few beers a couple of months ago and caught a squirrel and got a can of white spray paint and gave it a makeover. It was going to be a Christmas present for my cousin but escaped I'm afraid. Next time I catch one I'll do it in neon. -
After reading the qualities associated with my star sign (Scorpio) I totally agree with all of them and was wondering what your views are and if you associate strongly with your star sign.

If you've got kids I advise you to ask them.

What do you call someone from East Dulwich?
bigbadwolf replied to Westie's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
An EDiot:)) -
I live in Forest hill and often view the Se23.com forum and to be honest find it pretty dull not to mention heavily censored and prefer this forum as it's a lot funnier and busier. Do any of you guys look at the Forest hill forum and think the same?
