Did anyone watch the Germany v Cameroon game the other night? A 2-2 draw. Very impressed with Cameroon. Pele once prophesised that one day an African team would win the World Cup. I think the climate in Brazil could be a real advantage to any team from Africa. Be good if one did in Pele's backyard. Make a change from the usual suspects and really brighten up the World Cup finals. What are the odds on that?

It was a bit like watching AVB's Spurs at the beginning of this season. Slow, tentative patient passing across the back four and midfield. BORING! The only plusses for me were Lalana, Lalana and err...Lalana. Wilshire played well when he came on. Sturridge did alright (good goal) but as a front pairing Rooney and Sturridge still aren't doing it for me. They play too far apart from each other. And what is the point of Welbeck?

I think Adebayor will be itching for a move anyway now that half of his wages are no longer paid by Man City. I'd like to think that Pochettino can get the best out squad we have with maybe one or two additions.

Have you seen Alex Pritchard? He's about 4ft 7ins. Rather pleased with the appointment. I like the cut of his jib. Just hope Levy gives him time.

This for me is the greatest sporting event in the calendar. I can't wait for it to start but I still think we'll be home before the postcards. That shall not stop me from watching every single game though. Brazil or Argentina for me.
