I'll definitely be cheering on Leeds tonight. I think Spurs missed a trick by not playing Defoe from the start instead of Crouch. Vidic and Ferdinand pretty much snuffed him out of the game. They seem to have a lot more difficulty with the smaller type of player. When you have an old fashioned target man like Crouch it's sometimes too tempting to go for the easier option and playing a long ball up to him. I think we played into United's hands by doing that a little too often and made it easier for the United back four to deal with his aerial threat. It's not as if we've been playing like that this season either. Crouch has mostly been on the bench. I would also liked to have seen Jermaine Jenas playing instead of Wilson Palacios but I guess we needed him to win the ball in midfield.
