    Thanks Ian, it?s is related to trusts but I don?t understand where they can be used to establish liability for damage and potential lease forfeiture. I thought they were based on different laws.

    Someone has told me they have used this to establish guilt in disrepair. The flat he bought is within a block which has to be demolished and he has the court confirming the freeholders are guilty ( in terms of negligence). I can?t find details online other than TOLTA help with establishing ownership so am looking for guidance Thanks Jules

    Don?t be fooled. The % actually recycled and reused is not that height. It?s better if you don?t buy the products with plastic and then the supermarkets might be encouraged to stop using it in the first place

    Chop it up and sell as fire wood if not treated or painted. People can burn them in fire pits etc. Or you could advertise on gumtree or free ads etc

    I think it's a pity East Dulwich is selling out to chains to the cost of pushing out smaller businesses. It's also really really shortsighted to say that people won't drive. When the weather is colder, people will. People are generally lazy / short of time or a combination.

    Posts have been deleted by admin. Rightly so, this is a murder investigation and our thoughts are with the woman?s family. There is a post collecting money on the forum Just because people aren?t gossiping certainly doesn?t mean they don?t care.

    I?ve heard it was the victims ex husband but it doesn?t warrant gossip or speculation and our thoughts are with the family. The only reason I?m saying this is because it would be a different issue if it was a random burglary.

    People have to live somewhere. Although I don't know why anyone would choose to buy an overpriced property on a very polluted high street.

    there's usually a meet up with dogs in GG around 6pm. Quite informal and nice.
