  3. a fabulous tasteful shot of you naked and pregnant?
  4. went to the bridges today after reading this thread, pool was really nice, changing rooms clean and lots of cubicles. Problem was that the showers are so close to the pool that it was a bit stressful trying to stop little man curly from darting back into the pool area every two mins, if anyone spotted a little naked boy poolside...wooops! If you go don't follow signs for ladies changing rooms, they are meaningless, follow signs for the pool and to 'changing village'. Also the woman on reception seemed overly fond of the phrase, 'teaching pool is full you will have to use main pool'...(I heard her say it twice to different people), it wasn't true, loads of room in there and we had plenty of fun. thanks citizenED x
  5. do you mean in the field over on the forest hill road side of the park? This is where the Peck emerges for a short distance and is always wet to some extent.

  9. get in touch with your health visitor as the council run a scheme where someone will come and baby proof your house for ?10. Its really worth the money and they can give you advice on what to do if you need safety measures beyond their budget x
  10. hi belle, can I ask was it after the first injection or second that the reaction happened? If it was the first did you still need to have the second jab? Had some success feeding him chilled fruit smootie pouches, thanks x
  11. littlecurly has got a mild bout of measles after his MMR jab, the rash wasn't too bad a couple of days ago but the heat seems to have made it much worse and quite horrible under the nappy area. Any tips for something to put on his skin? Hes not eating much either, what can I feed a 17 month old that he simply can't resist?
  12. glad you all enjoyed, sorry we missed it. Two o'clock is always going to be difficult for us due to nap time but if littlecurly wakes up in time we may try and catch you up, karen x

  18. *moan...lump appears on forehead from banging it against a brick wall* the baby would be referred to as a baby who had been stillborn and then resuscitated.
  19. Basic Newborn Resuscitation: A Practical Guide - Revision (WHO; 1999; 33 pages) Apparently stillborn fetus If after delivery the fetus does not breathe and shows no other evidence of life (such as beating of the heart, pulsation of the umbilical cord, definite movement of voluntary muscles) or shows signs of maceration, it is considered stillborn. However, in a fresh stillborn newborn it is difficult to determine how long before birth the death occurred unless the fetal heartbeat has been checked frequently during the second phase of birth. The policy on when to initiate resuscitation will depend on the practice of monitoring fetal well-being. If the fetal heartbeat was heard shortly before birth, resuscitation should begin.
  20. one o'clock club at peckham rye park. lots of toys outside in the good weather, inside a bit shabby though.
  21. have sent you a pm x
  22. thats odd, when I do a search for pradanic the only thing that comes up is this thread? But, let-them-eat-cake, if you did read that thread then you will also have seen the exert from the WHO, which, I'm afraid contradicts you. There is only a small section of the WHO advice in the thread with the original document describing the different possibilities for resuscitation of babies born dead (ie: stillborn).
  23. lovely walk home from the park, only to get indoors and realise I had actually driven there....hmmm
  24. is let-them-eat-cake the former pradanic? I'm confused:-S:-S
