Radio 5 have passed on a bulletin from a German radio station that one of the mens 100m finalists from yesterday has failed a drug test. No names or confirmation yet.

The buck stops with the manager IMO Matt. He coaches and motivates the players. I think unsuccessful managers have a limited time in which to succeed with the players. Rafa has I think had too long, I'm not in agreement with the slow burn to success, thats very rare. If Rafa has not won the league by now I don't think he ever will. I would give any manager 4 years max. I don't count the ch league win because its not Liverpools priority and it clouds the issue. I think Rafa has failed to deliver what Liverpool need and I think he will, unfortunatley, continue to fail to land the Premiership. Having got himself into a winning position last year he failed to get there. Edited: On re reading that it sounds harsh but I was dissappointed with the play yesterday, they did not seem motivated or coordinated and really need a good start to the season.

I think that's just a copy and paste exercise for him. He's used it so many times I suspect he has some auto macro going on there. I'm hoping we don't get hammered as if we do I'm sure we will see a real Atila rant.

Cmon SP, just thought it was funny how MU fans are trying to see the positive side of Ronaldo leaving. I think Arsenal have as much to offer as anyone this season - I think they have been quite strong since Arshavin joined and have now got a strong central defender too. Obviously their odds are attractive as not many people fancy them. Does not mean that will not be humbled tomorrow night of course - but I'm sure they will be big enough to come back from that.....

Where have all the big guys gone - the majors this year have all been a surprise package to some extent (difficult to bet on too). Great win by Yang, fantastic for him.

Both guys hit fairway on 18. Perhaps the best major finish of the year. Woods needs to pick one up at the final hole to tie, otherwise the major champion is a Korean for the first time ever. Fascinating. Yang hits an amazing shot to 18, Its in the bag it would appear. Well done him, Not good for me. Everyone who thought it was in the bag for Woods at 4 shots clear after 36 holes are surprised. An amazing story.

Oh My God Yang is the man now. Eagle at 14. Great stuff. Woods under real pressure. Woods birdies - hes one behind now though. (paddy power paid out on Woods winning afrer 36 holes!!!). The other way to think of this is how will Yang react to the chip in eagle - it might spur him on or add to the presure.
