Edvard Munch's stuff always evokes a reaction from me. There's that on of the girl on the bed possibly called puberty that is really scares/intrigues me. I'm not really that bowled over by the Scream one but that's possibly just because it's too famous.

  8. When I was about 14 me and my mate put tights over our heads and under the cover of darkness went and took down a huge vote labour poster thing opposite our house but my mum caught us and made us put it back even though she always said she wanted to throw paint on it.

  10. talk talk are crap. for some unknown reason my flatmate let one in and then signed up through a door to door salesman. Was more expensive thatn he had been led to believe and we had to pay bt a fortune for ending the contract early. Every month or so we have to re-install all the broadband stuff on my flatmates laptop pc then my mac and then re-do her laptop because the passwords keep changing for some unknown reason. Would never use them again!
  11. James' face when the the interviewer quoted "I put a reign on people who spunk money up the wall" was a seminal moment in my life. I can't wait, the interview episode is always the best.
  12. ooh my mate helps to design the rachel riley clothes. sorry that was off topic. What do you think they did with them then? They might still be in a to be sorted pile out back.
  13. i wish i knew of this walk two weeks ago when i did the 'walk it' route. Took 1 hour 16 mins through some not pretty streets. Was very surprised at how quick it was and it's always nice to have an explore.
  14. Emily you need to peek behind one of those curtains or doors to see the back room where there's a mountain of stuff being sorted ready to go on the shop floor or sent to a different shop.
  15. he moved it to the wanted etc section that's all

  17. > She gave me so much abuse I thought she'd make the > perfect wife so I married her and made her life > difficult. arhh cute
  18. Thanks Torben, sounds good to me
  19. I think everyone who works for the train companies holds resposibility for safety not just the track workers (don't know the proper term so made one up) although they do a great and hard job.
  20. they get paid a great deal more than me too! I'm not responsible for anyone though and I don't begrudge them their pay and their 9 weeks holiday (but i am jealous).
  21. Ooh angry Nigel sounds birlliant, as long as they have 'character' i love them anyway (even if they don't stop for me)!
  22. wow that's good but i still wouldn't want to do it
  23. "very few of them will be able tell you what they do in one sentence. hardly any will be be to show you something that they have produced - something tangible" i'm a graphic designer (my tangible things are mainly websites and printed things) who thinks train/tube drivers do a good job/service. Being a bus driver would be worse though because there's no-where to hide from angry passengers!
