The 42 has been added to bus stops in LL, Grove Vale and DKH.

Is the shop that big for both? It'll be a squeeze.

Those 42 bus drivers will have 'fun' trying to get along Red Post Hill. It's bad enough when the P4 driver today had to navigate traffic islands and parked cars/vans.

New Cross Gate is also losing their straight through trains to Gatwick, so that Thameslink trains can thunder past.

Norwood Junction isn't exactly access friendly for disabled passengers either if they have to walk up and down the stairs, which a wheelchair user won't be able to use. While it also has Gatwick trains, those are the slow ones via Redhill, so in effect a three train change from Forest Hill. I'd speculate Southern are diverting those trains to West Croydon in preparation for a potential TfL takeover in 2021.

The bus stand was installed at DKH outside the park a few months ago. What hasn't happened yet is where the 42 will park within Sainsbury's? There's a spare space at the bus stop for the bus, although it may share the current bus stop with the P13.

For those who use Forest Hill or Honor Oak Park. 2tph to West Croydon (Formerly Caterham trains, so the loss of the direct service to East Croydon) 2tph to Victoria including Sunday for the first time. 4tph to London Bridge (as now) Reduction of peak services to London Bridge in the morning peak from 6 to 5 per hour.

Fortunately the council sent me a form in the post to re-register which I did online.

The Boundary Commission proposes to make some changes to the Dulwich and West Norwood and Peckham and Camberwell constituencies. Peckham would merge with the Lewisham West seat, ED residents in the Peckham Rye ward would become part of this seat which will see Peckham, Nunhead and parts of SE22 become part of a seat with Brockley, Forest Hill and Sydenham. Those north of Goose Green up to Denmark Hill station including DKH would become part of the Dulwich and West Norwood constituency.

There is a thread on here discussing the old shops from a few years back, it's worth having a look for it.

That row of shops on LL is a disgrace, cars parked not just on the private parking spaces, but also on the pavement. The red route along there (as that section of LL is TfL managed) caused all of these parking issues in the first place.

Temple Fortune has a Waitrose and M&S Simply Food. I ended up going to both when I'm up there. The M&S ?4 Pork ready meal is lovely.

Lizd, does your digital tv also receive HD channels? ITV and C4 may work for you that way? They're on channel 103 and 104 on Freeview. Another alternative is if you have the ITV Hub app on your Samsung TV, you can watch ITV via that live or through a Now TV box or Amazon Fire stick.

Are you able to manually tune the tv in using frequency numbers? The UHF number for the multiplex with ITV and C4 is 26.
