On the 12 today, a couple got on with Oysters, one went green, the other went red. Driver didn't bat an eyelid and let them both board.

Has anyone else noticed a change in the attitude of the couriers and the customer service when receiving your packages from them? I had a nice courier deliver to me and even offered to put the package inside my flat as it was too heavy. Is this a one-off or are Yodel still farcical in ED?
