wedding venue in ED or peckham?

does anyone know of a small 'different' wedding reception venue in ED or peckham with some outside space?

after a ceremony at the Asylum in peckham we want a small venue (maybe a private house that can be rented out for a fee??!!) where we can bring in our own caterers and have around 65 guests (so room for sit down).

Any ideas gratefully received!!

Not really "different", but Bel Air House is popular for weddings.

Is the bit about using your own caterers essential? Could make things difficult.

Peckham Liberal Club? A little scruffy but also has a certain cool retro charm. Or a church hall?

I don't think a private house would be a good idea from a noise perspective.

there is a church on College road and it's quite beautiful. outdoor not so grand but I imagine you could decorate it.

I know of some weddings that have used space in the Bussey. I'm sure there was one on the roof at some point; and I'm sure somewhere like The Nines might be approachable.

How about the ruined chapel in Nunhead Cemetery? I've seen events there.

Or the old hall cafe in Brockwell Park? Or the pavilion cafe in Dulwich Park? Your guests could go boating.

Dulwich Constitutional Club in East Dulwich Grove on the left coming from Lordship Lane end. They have a fantastic space with bar. Doors open out to the bowling green where you can sit and relax.

The Green (The new Nunhead Community Centre), has rooms of different sizes plus outside space or upstairs function room at the Nun's Head.
