does anyone know of a small 'different' wedding reception venue in ED or peckham with some outside space?

after a ceremony at the Asylum in peckham we want a small venue (maybe a private house that can be rented out for a fee??!!) where we can bring in our own caterers and have around 65 guests (so room for sit down).

Any ideas gratefully received!!

That's an amazing garden! And very unexpected when you suddenly come to it.

Is there any reason you can't use the Asylum after the ceremony?
