Steve arrived and fixed the problem in 2 minutes --saved me a fortune ! also fixed a drier and dishwasher and left within 20 minutes which included a pleasant chat with a great ,helpful bloke ! I just want to do a shout out for Steve, London Spin Doctor...he came to the rescue after my machine stopped working just as I was setting off for a weekend camping...on my return I was faced with a good few loads of dirty clothes and in despair. Steve came out and within an hour the machine was fixed (don?t put leave hair clips in your pockets, another mark against having a fringe cut in summer).

He said if it does have another issue, as it?s a few years old and parts for the make are expensive he?ll advise me on a good, new machine.
