Those daft bloody beards that all the young dudes are sporting these days. I like a beard or two but this massive rash of them all over Peckham and ED are really piddling me off. My other half caught a fella in the loos of the flying pig with a little "beard comb", grooming his mush. Shouldn't have eaten all those wings with that facial hair I reckon......

Another vote for the Angry Birds eyebrows look. Just weird.

Queuing all night for pop-ups.

Touch screen devices.

Shabby chic gone mental. Everything, everywhere looks the f-ing same.

    • Doing the outside - pointless Internally - dread to think what the condition is. And as they say, you can't polish a turd.
    • It's been suggested on the other thread that Stonegate are due to hand back to DE in September and there may be clauses in the contract about the condition it has to be handed back in
    • I suspect it may have been an end of lease requirement on the lessee. Probably negotiated with the ground landlord (Dulwich Estate) as to what should be done. Considering that they are not handing back a viable building for immediate re-leasing.
    • So over the last few days the old Harvester at the top of the lane has been cleaned up.  They’ve cut down all the trees and cleared the front then this morning there is a cherry picked painting all the hoardings.    Do we think the council has finally told Dulwich Estate to clean it up and stop it from being an eye sore or do we think it’s been cleaned because it’s been sold or it’s on the market?
