yeknomyeknom
Going tonight. Eating out with a fussy eater. She likes regular, english fare so the Shard is out. Doesn't need to be fancy. She has suggested All Bar One but I don't get out often and fancy something with some more personality. Any ideas? Help-Ma-Boab
I quite like cote brasserie in Hays Galleria. Reasonably cheap, by the River and there is a pub opposite for after if needed. numbers
too late for you but I adore Simon the Tanner. Siduhe
too late for you but I adore Simon the Tanner. Gorgeous back street boozer away from the hustle & bustle of Bermondsey St and a great menu. This makes me very happy. Lived just up the road from Simon the Tanner before we made the move here - through a few difficult incarnations, including an attempted freeholder redevelopment to residential based on ridiculous grounds (from memory). Good to hear it's doing well. The Royal Oak on Tabard Street round the corner also used to be great for unfussy pub food and beer - doubt it's changed much since we left. Great neighbourhood pub but not a really a destination..
