  2. Wasn't sure where to post this but it is a positive 'Whisper' not exactly a shout out.. After a couple of years I finally got back to Ganapati.. Intended to try their Lunch Menu. but as they were offering their full menu I went for that.. Just some Poppadoms and Pickles.. a Chicken Curry that came 'On the bone' not seen that anywhere in the last 30 yesrs. and their Coconut rice...As it was lunch time just had water. Was quite nice and better than my last experiance their but did take a lttle time to wait. 20+ mins. Because it was on the bone. Came to ?16.50 and I was not charged extra for the Rice. Was fairly spicy (Black pepper ?) Filled a hole. I enjoyed my meal but nothing special to write home about as some might rant on about. DulwichFox

It's a bit like the Self Check out in Supermarkets that take two assistants to scan--reset-scan--reset your shopping :) Foxy

  6. NO Electric heater should be used in the bathroom unless instaled by a Qualified Electical Engineer. You should never use plug-in radiators or heaters in your bathroom ? whether they are plugged into sockets inside or outside the room. Any appliance needs to comply with IP Ratings. What is an IP rating? The IP Code system is a scale which classifies the degree of ingress protection offered by electric appliances against both solid and liquid particles. In other words, it?s a measurement of how waterproof your gadgets are. Source:- https://www.electricradiatorsdirect.co.uk/news/choosing-the-IP-rating-of-your-bathroom-heater/ Elphinstone's Army was correct in saying there is no one who will lend you an electric heater to put in your bathroom, Any one who does is an idiot and if the appliance was faulty or not compliant MAY well be held responsible should there be an accident. 9. Blair destroyed The Labour Party when he created NEW Labour. Like he was ashamed of the OLD Labour Party. A former supporter of CND and World Peace, he soon got very hungry for War and the 'Thrill' of killing.. almost to the extremities of mania and obssession.. DulwichFox
  10. I went to Millwall on the 14th and watched them beat Port Vale 2 - 0 .. Then went to the EDT where there was no obvious Valentines Theme. Not that this old Fox would of noticed if there were.. :) Foxy

What ? Not qualified for what. ? What authority. ?? I simply cut and pasted an article on requirements on where and where not prices and any add on needed to be clearly shown. Wasn't slaging off any business, especially in this case Bonne Bouffe who seem to have done a great job renovating the place. I sincerely hope they do well. Apart from eating at the previous Golden Tandoori back in the 80's I my self also painted the place inside and out tiled the toilets and decorated an upstairs bedroom. All for about ?20.00. Anyway Millwall beat Port Vale 2-0 but it was a shite game .. and very poor turn out.. Foxy
  12. My order arrived. But driver went into one when I said let me just check it's all there. 7 items ordered. Got 3 items I could see ok and a small box that looked too small. It was all there but the PVA bottles were smaller than I had expected... Just got a lot of verbal. "Trust me man.Right. Trust me. Anything missing get back to them.. Don't tell me man. Anything missing will come tomorrow. Right" Well I was drop 97. Maybe he had a bad Day. Foxy.

What Utter Nonsence.. I don't give a Hoot what people charge for their services. My only concern is there are places left that I can still aford to eat in.. and yes, I need to look at a menu in the window before entering. Not the 'If you need to ask the price, then you probably cannot afford it atttitude' From your comments here and previous comments, you appear to be in the catering / restaurant business. Perhaps you could eludidate.. DulwichFox

It was just a note as to why a Menu may not be being shown in the window and pricing appearing as expensive. It was a little aside.. a throw away comment.. But the EDF intregators got hold of it and turned it into an European Inquisition. Minimum wage.. Workers rights.. International Human rights... Unscrupulous Landlords .. Rent Hikes.. DulwichFox
  15. It's UKMail part of DHL Currently delivering Stop 58.. That's about 4 mins. per Stop. No time window given. I'm expectiong my delivery around 17.00. They count in STOPS as opposed to DROPS.. I'm not going anywhere until this evening then I'm off to The The Den to see Millwall take on Port Vale. Foxy.
  16. VAT must be included in meal prices displayed outside, or in, a restaurant, but they don?t have to be included on the menu. When you get your bill, it may show a breakdown of how much VAT you are being charged. Having the full price might make it look expensive.. Sitting down and looking at the Menu, prices may seem reasonable but add on VAT and service charge and then feeling obliged to leave a tip.. DulwichFox
  17. Could be worse.. Could be waiting for a Curry or pizza to arrive.. :) Foxy.
