I think in this instance I'd be blaming the owner for "owning" such a demonic creature. *insert a good measure of sarcasm* Some cats are just killers. Not their fault really it's just in the way they're made. Yes it's annoying but that's just the way it is, just because they're fed at "home" it doesn't stop the natural hunter surfacing when faced with a nice juicy looking feathery flying creature just within a paws reach.
  8. Are there any cyclists that have thoughts on these plans? I only ask as someone pointed out to me recently that reduction in road size could raise issues of road safety.
  9. Surely its not just in east dulwich?
  10. The whole "right to light" issue is very vague with the council as they do tend to take the view there is no right to light unless the structure is built right up to a window completely blocking everything. Its always in favour of the applicant hardly ever for those who will b stuck and effected by additional building works... ime

They're just as enthusiastic and skilled at the task. Rats are often disturbed by building works shifting them from one place to another and where there is a good source of easily accessible food (restaurant bins/waste) there will be furry visitors. Just thought I'd point out the obvious...
