  1. YOu could be right. the ED specific copper tradition was "liberating" drugs from wholsealers and selling them on.
  2. Did the Coppers pay for their food - or is that long standing ED tradition now dead on its feet ?
  3. Unless they think for once in a while and maybe walk of course
  4. i dont eat meat , which may taint my viewpoint
  5. I am still apalled at the fact that people queue up for a bit of meat. Unsurprising that WR are treating people with contempt, when they see what people are prepared to do every saturday.
  6. Ban non public transport & non licenced leigitimate delivery vehicles from lordship lane for the good of everyones health and safety - I have argued this for a long time. Oh wait, apparently this will cause the shopkeepers to face a ( likely mythological ) downturn in revenue and profits. We cant have that can we. I will withdraw my statement, cos we all know that everyones health and well being are second to the greed of the shopkeepers on LL - they support the community you know - unless it affects their profits of course.
  7. I admit to driving to tescos early in he AM sometiems for hot croissants & semmels there than that, its walk all the way
  8. JJMB have a poster up in the window of #6 saying theyll be along shortly

You agree with this ? Barking.
  11. Ive been banging on about this awful cramped little toilet for years now dont give it the time of day.
  12. I hear that Clapham is FAR better than ED - its tradition on NYE for the drug fiends on SE London to run amok on Lordship lane with their unexchanged needles, scaring the residents ED borders the seething hell hole of Peckham and all know about Peckham dont we. best stay in Clappers.
  13. Foxtons are hoping to drive out the other estate agents with their loss leader Blitzkrieg on SE22. Dont use them Dont give them your business They WONT get you a better price for your property - only YOU & the MARKET can do that

The idea of a Scottish bar > in Brixton amuses me for some reason. Ethnic Scot. Hoots is a bit rubbish - used to be the old hobgoblin, but I convinced them to show Scotland games and the big screen and its now pretty good for a big game with a fair sized crowd - late licence and electric celidh on a weekend - not that bad and the #37 takes you pretty much to the door - no deep fried yorkies on offer - its does do good value Thai tho' makes a decent change from trekking up to the Rob Roy or somewhere I have just sold my ticket for the game and given teh large amount of money to charity - I cant face going up. Im not even sure if I will watch it TBH - its just too nerve racking
