  1. In my experience it is tradesman and builders' vans that are the main culprits- I have had an EDF van and others idling in my road recently and they sit there for 15 minutes at a time- obviously they are not personally paying for the fuel. I did speak to a van driver once but he didn't speak English and shrugged his shoulders- so you might want to get any notices printed in umpteen languages

  3. you can't have social justice Lordship516 when there is so much antisocial behaviour- especially fraud- the extent of fraud just within the construction industry is phenomenal and sickening. Every one of your 'crisis' points on the 29th April are down to overcrowding of this island.....A Russian I met (who is on the benefits fiddle big time incidentally) told me that the reason people flock here is because they feel 'safe'...i.e. they have children and will never be on the streets even if they deliberately do not pay their rent. Added to that the EU citizens who are feathering their nests back home at our expense, and are not ploughing their wages back into the UK economy, means we are doomed in the long run- thank goodness for massive rent increases because at least some of the money stays here. We are being crapped upon from a great height and bleeding heart liberal attitudes from people who can afford to 'virtue signal' and try and make the pragmatic feel that they are 'racist' 'heartless' etc etc are totally responsible.
  4. I'd've thought going tooled up is a valid enough reason for murder if a victim dies- unless the perp is a carpenter which is doubtful because they are usually gentile likeable chaps/esses in my experience
  5. murder manslaughter- splitting hairs
  6. rh you may want to look at the first spreadsheet and revise your comments (I know you love having a go at me but the numbers speak for themselves) https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/historical-crime-data
  7. This is how these kids think they can do what they like http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/04/28/postman-confiscates-five-year-olds-water-pistol-ambushed-rounds/
  8. The method of policing from yesteryear was a deterrent to many. Growing up in the East End we knew that if you got caught doing something anti-social by parkies, police, neighbours, teachers you would get a 'thick ear' and you knew you deserved it so you behaved. Added to the 'thick ear', if your parents were told they would unreservedly back up the 'authority'. Still- the past is another country.
  9. Louisa is right. They even comment on the cop reality shows in a veiled sarcastic way about how the cops spend all day catching crims who are then let out on bail and disappear to carry on making our lives a misery. I recently had the misfortune to be involved in the dog and pony show that is the cps and judicial system....the cops involved were brilliant and professional at all times but they had hours of their time wasted after they had done all the work. There are NO excuses for the utter shambles that followed. Also the actual law seems to favour the crims- to what extent this can be changed after brexit remains to be seen.
  10. Why has this thread title been hi-jacked by the god-squad? I feel very sorry and disappointed that this has happened. The poor victim is in the hands of the medics. He was taken to hospital after being given treatment by paramedics, he was obviously seen by another human being who called them -maybe your god sent the mugger eh?

  12. Yes I've noticed something; I've noticed that despite all the thieving etc going on around here people are still leaving themselves open to crime...that, of course, just encourages crims to target the area.
  13. Having been personally involved in Left wing groups from far left to left of centre (the 'fence' as it is termed by the far left) I know there are hidden agendas -must read this book http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/tony-blair/12175813/Tony-Blair-accused-of-conspiracy-over-mass-immigration.html I view Blair's attitude as akin to Tony Crosland's quote about destroying grammar schools- another great betrayal of the working classes of this country- after all it is a lot easier to brainwash the uneducated isn't it!
  14. We need to remember that Ken is a dyed-in-th-wool politician and as such will be courting maximum votes therefore he is sucking up to the muslim vote which by far outnumbers the Jewish vote. Blair has admitted that his policies were designed to 'rub the establishment nose into multiculturalism'.....
  15. a broom handle to stick in the wheels would be effective.....the police cannot be everywhere
  16. My relative has a 2010 diesel car. If he does short journeys only then the return valve gets stuck so every week he goes on a motorway trip to Brighton for example, and back again. Also I have heard that some people remove the EGR and it would appear they do... http://www.sinspeed.co.uk/egr-removal-egr-problems-exhaust-gas-recirculation-egr-delete/
  17. the vote is certainly a potent weapon for Labour councils who know they are guaranteed to get in year after year and just carry on taking the public for a big fat ride!
  18. I don't know why you are apologising KK - the only times I've nearly been mown down is by cyclists, and my sister has a permanently damaged foot by being mown down by an idiot cyclist on the pavement who didn't bother to stop so since some cyclists are totally selfish and irresponsible because they think they have an entitlement, or a monopoly on saving the planet, then they should be excluded from pedestrian zones
  19. here we go- you can't get the better of someone intellectually so you resort to things like- 'he makes me feel queasy', 'georgie porgie'....is this setting the tone for the whole pre-election period?
  20. yes- its nearside front wheel is mounted up the pavement
  21. I'd like to add that, not for the first time, I was driving down to Peckham and there were cyclists everywhere...to the left of me, to the right of me, some with helmets, some without, all going at different speeds. My reaction was to just continue on my way, driving my car correctly (as i always do) and gritting my teeth- I would've shut my eyes but that is not advisable....there was no way I could make allowances for them all- in my rear view mirror, in my side mirrors- it was bloody chaos
  22. This type of thing is nothing short of modern day highway robbery.
  23. I wonder if the crims have scouts out looking for people going away?
  24. Classic... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5547dCIi6I4
  25. There was a woman in the car park in Croydon asking people for 20p for her bus fare to see her sick sister. She was there the following week asking the same thing from everyone who passed her. Say she gets 20p from most people- steady flow back and forth from the lift to the car park all day and they only come and go once a week probably, she could amass not much short of ?40 a day by my calculations...and before you ask, no, I did not contribute.
