  1. I don't actually mind being banned from the issues and gossip section as most of the people that post in that section are arseholes anyway who discuss arseholeish threads. I don't have kids so I'm not that fussed about that section either, most of them are arseholes aswell. I have don't have anything to sell so that's that section taken care of but if something does catch my eye I can send them a p.m. Residential. I live in fozzy hill which is miles better than east dulwich. The lounge is where all the fun is so I try and tow the line but I can't help being rude now and again. The section where the echoes can be heard is closed to me as well.

I can only reply to posts in the lounge. It seems now that I can post and reply in the drawing room but I'll probably leave it alone as the chair doesn't give me any room to arse about. All the other area's of the forum are closed to me, for obvious reasons and the fact that I simply can't be trusted to go in there and not do a shit on the floor.

  4. Sod knows.
  5. It's going to have to be another day I'm afraid as I'm heading off to Greenwich to see my brother very soon. I'd be very grateful if you could hold on to it a bit longer. I'll be around fozzy hill and east dulwich some time tomorrow afternoon.
  6. Yes and it's a bloody liberty as well! I haven't sworn or anything but I suppose that along with all the other restrictions made on me...it's probably for the best.
  7. That's alright Legal. I'll arrange to pick it up off you soon or you can hold on to it for a bit longer as I know Moos wants to watch it.
  8. I just got caught out in the rain, again!
  9. Smoking cigarettes can relieve toothache. I'm being serious, I don't know if patches work though.
  10. Do you really think Max Clifford would take me seriously Red?
  11. Was she prescribed a tin of Ronseal as well.
  12. It's tragic isn't it Keef.
  13. I don't know why though since I've actually been quite well behaved in there.

  16. The best place for dental tourism is the far east. One of my foremen went to the dentist in the U.K and was told that the work he needed would cost around ?3000. He went to Singapore to a walk in surgery and had what would've cost ?3000 done for ?80. Even when you take into account the cost of getting there the savings are still obvious. The condition of the surgery was very hygenic and the work was carried out with the same professionalism and care that you'd find in the U.K. I wouldn't go to Hungary if I were you as there are people who are still walking around with wooden teeth. That's communism for you.
  17. Suit yourself Jah and yes...I think it would suit you just fine. You should even go as far as treating yourself to this, if you've got any money left that is; http://store.badtshirts.com/foandhismoar.html
  18. I also agree with you David concerning leaving weapons such as a shotgun lying about the house as that sort of attitude in itself should be cause for having any sort of firearms license revoked and you're right, the reaction should be proportional to the threat but if someone comes into my place with a machette even if their only intention is burglary I wont make any excuses for shooting at them. Fair enough, if they put their hands up or put the weapon on the floor then I'd give them the chance to escape or try and hold them until the police arrived.
  19. I hear what you're saying Anna as in other programmes I've seen on the subject Tony Martin had apparently booby trapped his house and had previous run ins with the police over his negligent attitude to handling/owning firearms. Another point raised is that the shotgun that he used was illegal in the U.K in that it was a pistol gripped pump action and that he discovered it in his car boot with a note attached saying that it was from a concerned friend. I'll agree that his wasn't a clear cut case but I still think that as citizens we should be allowed to protect our safety as well as our property with, if needs be, deadly force. I still however think that a thorough police investigation should still be carried out to establish what happened where as in America you're essentially still given a great big pat on the back by the Police and media alike.
  20. Last night I watched the programme that looked at the case of Britain's deadliest farmer, Tony Martin and his trial for defending his home. I don't consider myself a liberal but I do agree with reasonable force but I do also believe that if someone enters your property in the dead of night and you genuinely fear for your life then you should be allowed to use deadly force. Just to bring things into proportion, I was also horrified to learn whilst watching this programme last night that in the U.S state of Texas homeowners are rewarded $5000 if they shoot or kill an intruder.
  21. I'm personally not religious (never christened, baptised or been to confession) but I do agree with the saying; "Even the staunchest Atheist will pray in their darkest hour"
