I have a lot of sympathy for the teachers. (HONK HONK!) They do work hard and have to put up with a lot of shit. OK they get the holiday breaks that we don't but it's still not an easy job. Anyway, having said that I've also suffered the same fate (more or less) with my pension, as I am sure many others have - having to pay more in to get the same out. It's unfortunate but it's a basic fact that pensions in this country are fucked and so's the economy.

Do you collectively own the lease? I had awful problems with my former leaseholders before we bought them out and then formed our own management company which saved us thousands. I see where you're coming from DJKQ and I take your point, though I think Otta put it better and more simply. It's true that some people just shut their ears because they don't like "that kind of music" no matter what "that" kind of music may be. As to my own "taste" it is very eclectic and in that if I like something I like it. If I don't, I don't, no matter what genre it is from. I'm broad church and I'm broader than Broadway.
