  1. Right! This is it...Spurs might be doing well in the Cups but this is the real nitty gritty today - winning in the Premiership. Up the table you must go. Defoe is back and we've scored seven goals in our last two matches including a 3-1 win against today's opponents Wigan. Nothing less than three points will do. Come On You Spurs!
  2. I'm 51 next month and I still don't know what I want to do when I grow up. Don't worry about it. Stay happy. Remain positive and be true to yourself. You after after all a unique individual.

  5. Thanks Piers. I know it well. I think a good blast of Howling Wolf's Poor Boy and Down In The Bottom will be the order of the day when I get home.
  6. I'd be amazed if he still had a recording contract. I think his cheekbones are under-rated though.
  7. You're giving your age away there Cassius. And Mr Carnell...Vanilla Ice? I mean really.

  9. But when will it next be that a referee gives a penalty to the opposition at Old Trafford?
  10. Last night was a Sly & The Family Stone compilation followed The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion's Now I Got Worry. Tonight will be the sound of my cage rattling because I'm so skint I can't come out to play.

    a joke

There's been a new addition to the Karma Sutra. It's called the gas board position - you stay in all day and nobody comes.
  20. Yeah baby, you me and GG. CAVEMAN ROOM The caveman is a popular prehistoric figure and a whimsical glimpse into his existence is revealed in this rustic den of solid rock! Animal prints, rock pond and stone-age clubs add to the primitive surroundings. A waterfall spills from overhead in the stone shower and water flows from the rocks into a stone sink basin in the cavern-style bathroom. Caveman has a king bed and will accommodate two primates.

  23. Exactamondo La Asset. Full of tourists and a few locals who've given the au pair the day off and don't know how to cook or look after their children all stuffing their faces full of roast beef/lamb.

I had a very domesticated cat once...could do the washing up, the ironing, change a plug, set the table for dinner. Poor little got run over by a car whilst out doing the shopping. I miss that cat.
