I'm sure you'll find that most boys, let alone Men, do not gaze from near or afar at other Males. In fact I'm certsin of it. Having said that I did have a 14-year-old "liking" for Andy Bradbury who was very pretty and stood out in our All-Boys School and was overjoyed when his Parents bought a Caravan near ours in Seasalter, Kent for use during the holidays.;-)

Thought you were one of us Rebels but you're really a woosy(6) I want you to have what my dog has when he savages my headgear, though I don't like his attitude...

All these Swiss references. Is it Brendan or Berne or even, BASEL!

In a similar vien a Clerk who works for me "nearly" always asks our clientele (lol) how much they have staked when they come to collect their Winnings. Many, mistakenly, take this as an indication that he does not know, and 99% of the time, if they do not say the correct amount, they say "more" not "less".:)) Why does life make one cynical? I don't want to be cynical, I never used to be cynical but.....

That's just > rude. I've said all that needs to be said Mark but its refreshing in a World where ill feeling can sometimes prevail that if someone made, what you perceived as, "derogatory" comments to you or your loved ones that you would not reply, in kind. Thats an admirable quality and I for one applaud you.(tu) You are truly a Saint and I, for one, am defintely not worthy! p.s. Thanks, for giving this badinage a little "stir" for the second time. Appreciated by all parties, I'm sure.(tu)

You are a clever, witty Forumite. Its just that as I highlighted Sir David's derogatory comments addressed to me and you then joined in to say how much you liked david then I thought you were havin' a pop at yer old M8 Tony Boy:))....you can see the "logic" behind my view! However as I'm wrong I'm sorry! "Bad Day"..No! Really the opposite. My Jamaican Ladyfriend has returned to stay with me for 2/3 of the week on a regular basis and my Business and her seperate business are both going better. I've got to make an enormous decision by 1/3/09 so thats playing on my mind for sure at the moment and I don't know exactly what will be decided. So:)-D

SeanMacGabhann Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > no in crowd about it Tony - just show up fer cryin > out loud At the drinky-poos? Great idea but I only have to conduct my Business on Friday Nights and much of Saturday and the rest of the week is mine. The drinks are rightly on a Friday as thats by far the most convenient day so "C'est La Vie"...

All I'm asking Dear Moos is that you : Take me under your wing, be my mother, my sister. Take my head to your breast, my banished prayers to your nest. One merciful twilight hour, hear my pain, bend your head........ Just for one merciful hour I would like to be at the heart, the nucleus, the very epi-centre of this Universe...thats not to much for a Man to ask, schurely?::o

B)tls meanders in singing a happy tune.... I'm in with the EDF in crowd, I go where the in crowd goes I'm in with the in crowd and I know what the in crowd knows....B) Alas and alac its as close as some of us will ever get to be part where its really at, and it is our loss:-S

"The prose, grammar and punctuation were a dead giveaway, TLS, because the article in question that you plagiarised (and made no attempt to acknowledge the fact you did so - saying nothing implies it's yours) possessed all three of those characteristics of the English language. Your posts, for the most part, merely contain prose...." The above was addressed to me by david_carnell recently on another thread.. Now some may say david should get a life, if he has the time and inclination to write such a post. Others may think he is a pedant, snob, displays a sneering superciliousness and superior air by writing this. It could be to some that attempting to embarass and belittle someone in this way is the hallmark of rather an unpleasant character and speaks volumes about the person and what they are probably like in everyday life. However, I do NOT subsribe to any of the above viewpoints, and, indeed, thank him profusely for publicising my shortcomings. I have since tried, vainfully, to follow his excellent example so "Bravo! david!" I say.....
