In the bigger picture, Corbyn suspended basically removes the Labour Party, just when we need an opposition to the tories. In party fighting is not going to achieve anything. He should be reinstated, the LP should sort themselves out.
it's funny that it's an observer complaining. Who knows what the guys skipping and the woman with the baby had going through their mind. He was probably counting and she was possibly not in the slightest bothered that she couldn't walk in a straight line. Most people are nice, tolerant and a bit more chilled out.
You just have to listen to the lies Boris is spouting about Sadiq and the damage his conditions will have on everyone in London.... Or, we still like him?
You don't actually know who I voted for, whatever I may have posted on EDF overy the years.. I was being sarcastic. I didn't vote for Doris. I did expect his personality to be resolute enough not to be taken for a ride by Europe but maybe politics causes people to become unreliable and unstable. And power corrupts. And Brexit is not the issue I have. It's about our own internal establishment and ethics.

Let's be fair. No one wants traffic on their road, nor do they want to sit on traffic caused by closed roads. Solution. Close ALL side roads, force traffic to main roads and thereby force people to think about if they really have to get in their car. Solid traffic should deter lazy drivers and there would be a natural thinning if traffic.
people do drive when they could easily walk. it's just a fact. We need to actively work to get people to change their habits and get out of their cars and walk/ cycle/ public transport/ essential journeys. It's really not a right that needs protecting as much a people think.
We dug below the cellar and have a pool. We also extended into the neighbour's garden but she hasn't noticed, being old and vulnerable. So I think we are more ED than you Bob. Want to pop round for afternoon tea? We get it delivered....
I wouldn't rush into anything. Other potential buyers will have the same questions and want the same surveys done. They are just trying to pressure you into a quick answer, and you either decide you want it enough to take the risk or you wait and find out what the risk is and then decide. You know what the risks are , you cant ask the forum to make a decision for you.
Thanks KK, I think so too, but I just want clarity - the govt page says all Shorthold Tenancy Agreements, but I'm just not sure if expired/ periodic ones have same rules.
