  1. So you obviously work for a company then! How much of a bruised arse do you need to stay of work? Listen, tossing yourself of between soup & minstrels is no way to waste your time .......but adding mindless hours on this forum to your feckless life.....well now you're talking! Welcome Burney. W**F

So this is in effect SHOUTING, now I know you are of the "chesterfield and standard lamp" generation but really think about it........A dinner party with your lovely friends...(.hearing aids aside) being shouted at and no doubt jabby fingers and a little lip spittle thrown in ! Not nice Maurice, no! W**F
  4. Not enough social housing stock & a stupid policy of "right to buy" council houses many of which got sold on at a profit. I heard last week of a London housing assoc/scheme building houses in Worthing to give people a chance to live somewhere decent W**F

  6. My opposite neighbors have the same set up but "sans cones". It can be irritating but given that planning is required to create a drive by crossing the footpath, he's got the best of both. However unless he has a thick white line painted across the space opposite the drive & on the road there is technically no offense being committed if you so "choose" to park there. No double yellow or white lines = no crime though if he complains enough the council will paint lines designating his right to access the space in his drive way, neutralizing his opportunity for two cars outside his own house. This might be the "victory" you are looking for. Also no ordinary citizen is allowed to cone of sections of the highway with out notification for any purpose other than shot term safety. W**F *owch....nunchukas.....ooh stop please*

  22. Oh I'm making it difficult, here let me simplify. After the co-occurrence matrix is constructed for a corpus of text, we can apply similarity metrics to the word vectors to assess the semantic similarity of one word to another. Much research has demonstrated that words with more similar co-occurrence vectors have more similar connotative meanings. The distance metrics in the analyses below are computed using the summed Euclidean distances: ( ) ∑ − = 2 | | i i y x d See that clears it up W**F
  23. Dom----- Said i said that you made a comparison, you said you didn't are you know agreeing that you did? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I really don't now...err I mean know....err no....
