  1. This may already be on here...but, frankly, I don't fancy trawling through 69 pages in order to check... This is my favourite: There was a young lady from Ealing, Who had a peculiar feeling, She lay on her back, And opened her crack, And pissed all over the ceiling.
  2. For a minute I thought this was going to be another election thread...very funny...>:D
  3. Thank you Loz - point 1 never occurred to me. Anyone/anything else?
  4. Thanks Keef. So the next question is: reds or yellows? I don't really want to vote for either!
  5. How highly inconvenient...they could at least have consulted us who depend on the odd bar of chocolate at 3.00 am in the morning!

  7. Oh Jesus! I know who I wish to vote for, and it aint one of the main 3 - so to speak (let's just say that they care about the environment;-)). But, I am feeling increasingly pressurised by people who are telling me that I would be "wasting my vote". Normally I would tell them "up yours, I shall vote as I please". However, this time around, I genuinely fear a Conservative Government. I.e. I do not like the thought that a so-called "wasted" vote by me might contribute towards the Tories getting in. What the hell should I do?
  8. WELCOME BACK DAIZIE, SWEETIE XXX Recover quickly.

  10. And to wish for your own team to lose...talk about desperation!!! As I said, poor soul!
  11. Yes but we also beat Sunderland...he surely didn't want that!!!
  12. Well, if Matthew had "one too many" previously, he must be positively comatosed right now following Liverpool's 2 nil loss against Chelsea and Man. U's win against Sunderland. Poor soul. *calls the cardiopulmonary resuscitation unit*
  13. Yes!!! And good day for Chelsea and - of course - the fabulous red and whites (or black and whites - as they were today).
  14. Nice to see Rooney... Well done Nani... Good first half...though Berbatov is a disappointment (if I were Sir Alex, I would sell him off)...
  15. I'll give you sweet - more like sour cherries!!!(6)

  17. Good idea...I believe we import far too many fruits/vegetables unnecessarily. The cost to the environment is high. E.g. farmers in Egypt buy seed potatoes from Scotland, which are then grown on in the Egyptian desert using copious amounts of precious water drilled from under the Egyptian desert and fertilizers imported from Ireland. The final product is packed and then shipped to the UK. Ridiculous when we have the perfect climate for growing (and storing) potatoes here.
  18. Have your seeds germinated? Mine are rampaging away as though making up for lost time.

That'll scare those Greens off. I think it might take a bit more than that; Caroline Lucas and Jenny Jones strike me as two pretty strong-minded and determined women...
  20. Oh dear...and again...sorry...inappropriate (impulsive) post - deleted
  21. Well I did start a "bucket list" thread some time ago...be my guest! Incidentally, how did you manage to scratch your own nip?
  22. Again, sorry...inappropriate (impulsive) post - deleted

  25. I would seriously not recommend putting tap water into a wild-life pond due to the chemicals which damage the ecological balance. I would invest in a water butt and top up the pond with the the rainwater collected as and when required.
